Kevin and his team have done an outstanding job on replacing the roof. They also remove some sidings and replaced the rotted plywood. I would highly recommend this contractor. I've used them in the past and they also did an excellent job. Some of the neighbors also contracted him while he was there.

Excellent job by Kevin, Fernando and Elmer. We called #1 Gutter Cleaner Repair Inc. when there was an impending rain storm two days away. We asked Kevin if our gutters could be repaired and cleaned. The next day Fernando and Elmer arrived and did a great job repairing our old gutters (being held by nails) with new hangers. They also repaired the downspouts (which were loose). And then they cleaned the downspouts and gutters which were clogged with leaves, etc.. They worked efficiently and quietly. Fernando showed me the photos of our cleaned gutters. Really appreciated this. 2nd time we called after storm hit our house. Keven was fantastic - he came the next day and did a great job with the gutters. He showed photos to my Mom. They were prompt, efficient, cleaned up everything in my gutters, installed the gutter system with no damage to the tree or bushes that are in the front of my house. They were polite and fast. Photos were taken of the gutters completed and some while doing the work.

Kevin and assistant were quick, did a great job replacing a leader pipe, and left the area clean after the job.

They were very professional, pricing was reasonable, communication was good and they sent before and after pictures and cleaned up well. Also, they checked other sections of the gutters to make sure there were no other repairs needed.

This company is the only one you should ever use for gutter work, roof work, and construction . While located in Long Island , NY. , they were happy to come to Bayside , Queens for gutter job. Besides always answering phone , texts or getting back to me ASAP, Kevin was a pleasure to deal with. I contacted Angie’s list and was referred to 3 companies . The two other quotes I received for our Moms home was full of unnecessary work , that Kevin showed me from pics. Kevin’s price was almost less than half of the other two quotes. Perhaps the other companies saw a woman by herself , not having a clue about gutter installation . Kevin was not that guy. He fit us in quickly, arrived on time , and job was seamless , like the gutters. If you use a different company for any of this type of work, you will do yourself a huge injustice.

Kevin came to give me the quote which I believe was a fair price for the work. His communication could have been a little better concerning follow up on scheduling the job. However his team showed up and performed the repairs as described but some of the details could have been better but overall good job and would certainly rehire for the next job.
