No Bull Heating And Cooling

These guys are great I have had issues with a few top companies in the Portland area with lack of response, quality of work wanting just rush through the work and make me purchase a bunch of random parts to keep coming back, and in an emergency situation giving dates 2 weeks later to come help. No bull is really about customer care and making sure they do everything they can to resolve your issue. They came ready to do the work and were kind people explaining everything that they were going to do to make sure i had a running furnace. Do not waste your time with other companies this is the company you need and i will be only doing business with No bull. #positivegoodlife

I received a call from No Bull shortly after I posted on Home Advisor. He came to assess my needs within an hour. Gave me the options to meet my needs. He returned 2 days later to remove the very old furnace and install the new one. I had been told 2 years prior, by another contractor, that I needed a new furnace. The old furnace was installed in 1992.

Very prompt, from the time they arrived, diagnosed problem and replace furnace assembly complete. Done in less than 4 hrs.

I contacted PDX All Star Heating and Cooling to look at my non-functioning furnace. Easy to set up the appointment for the next day. But Mark called within 15 minutes and mentioned having availability that same afternoon if I could meet. He arrived at 2 PM as promised. I expected delays or a cancellation since I live in the hills and we just received 2 inches of fresh snow in the morning that typically shuts down Portland! Mark was able to get the furnace operating. However, we both recognized the 20-year furnace really needed replacement. He worked up a quote which I accepted (I know I'm supposed to "shop around". I didn't because I'm an engineer and the quote appeared reasonable. Mark also came across as a very honest guy.) Mark and his crew showed up two days later for the replacement. He mentioned the replacement would take about 5 hours. After 5 hours, heat began filling the house from the new furnace. I would hire Mark and PDX All Star Heating and Cooling again.

They were here within an hour of my call to Home Advisor. They were here the next day with a new furnace and had it installed in 3 hours. They took the old parts away, cleaned up their mess and put everything back in place as they had to move things to get to the furnace. Their installer was experienced and explained things as he went. I was very pleased with the whole project from start to finish.
