I don’t feel the first power rake was done right but they came back and made it right and did a super job! Thank you

Big job! My backyard was a disaster. Did pretty good. They need to pay more attention to detail & clean up!

First, I was given a date and time for the job to be completed. When that time passed I had to call them to find out why they had not come yet. Then they told me tomorrow, which came and went. When I called to see where they were, I was told to be patient and trust that they would show up and do the job. This after two days of not showing up. When they finally showed up there was no personal contact, I did not have a chance to tell him how I wanted my yard cut. I waited on my front porch while he cut the grass then he just rode off without speaking to me.

This was the 1st time Ive hired someone to power rake and aerate my lawn. The main reason I decided to hire anyone is because of the aerating. Ive had my lawn power raked before. These guys did the front yard just fine because its thick and plush. They however could not figure out how to power rake by backyard because its not as thick as the front yard. Ive been going rounds with them, with them claiming they raked the backyard and thats the **best** they could do. They also claimed to have used a hand rake in **some**spots. I know what a raked lawn is supposed to look like. My backyard hasnt been touched once with any sort of rake. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone!

I have a small yard but lots of leaves and it takes me a long time to do it myself. This pro got it done efficiently and effectively and the yard looks great, very clean. Thank you

Did very good job

The trimmer knew what he was doing and managed to remove dead branches and suckers from my apple tree. This made the tree look much better and will allow the tree to healthy and productive.

He should have picked out some weeds mixed in the bushes - other then that he did a very good job!

Jamie was very prompt getting to us in the busiest time of spring. Stopped for an estimate the morning after I called him and that evening was back to power rake our lawn. Jamie also had an employee with a rake getting areas that needed a bit more attention. We are very impressed with the job they did, we ve had others and Jamie s work surpassed them by a long way.
