I was very very unhappy with hi and the way he does his business. He asked me for a down payment it was given to him he NEVER came back and even started the work and, I never reveived my $100.00 deposit back from him. He is a theif and a crook and wil never ever call him again or reccomend him ever.

Installation job rescheduled three times to thanks giving eve. Then the owner William Thompson called an cussed me out using multiple explitives for wasting his time and accusing me of belittling him. He was upset that oven didn't work and told me it was my fault for not being man enough to buy a real appliance. Threatened to sue me, shut down my bank account and hung up.

Quality was good. Price was maybe on the high side $145.00 for a plastic part and labor of 15 minutes. He cursed a little; which was unprofessional.

My technician was Mark and I am so impressed with his promptness, business-like, but friendly demeanor and his knowledge and expertise in repairing my washing machine. I figure he was here no longer than 45 minutes. I can't say enough good things about the service he performed and when something else breaks down, I'll be calling him again.

Showed up two hours late as well as he kept trying to sell other products charged 280 dollars to get fridge fixed. It worked for two days tried repeatley to contact Willam he wouldn't return calls. Once we finally reached over two weeks later cursed and said he would come to fix but never showed. Verry dissapointing

Was late. Turned a very simple problem (missing screw) into a long drawn out job(45 minutes), & in my opinion the price was not justified for the work performed ($92). Very disappointed.
