Arrived on the job timely, when finished he showed me what had been done and advised me as to what to possibly anticipate later on. Working great!

I had a quote from a competitor that didn't listen to what I asked for...his quote ranged from $750 - $1,700. No-nonsense came in, quoted $400 - 600 depending on what he found once he started digging. I asked when he could start and he said, "Right now". He was finished in under two hours and that included a trip to the hardware store to pick up an item he needed (he didn't charge his time at the store). His price came in UNDER his lowest price. They will be my new go-to for my sprinkler system.

Alt least the guy fixed the sprinkler system, but he charged me $250 for a hunter proc 400i which only cost around $80 to $90. And he left all the valve box open with mess and even left some tool he used to dig the box. I guess he was eager to leave and so happy that I have no time to check the price and allow him install the timer.

"We have customers who supply their own parts, we can install them for a labor charge. Your warranty on part is thru the online company you purchased it from also (we give a labor warranty on installation). When we supply the part/component for the repair, a part & labor warranty is given. Your new controller with 2 expansion modules, that is our price. That includes a part and labor warranty thru no-nonsense sprinkler service. Im sorry bryan did not put lid back on valve box, our goal is to leave work area clean and neat as possible. I also asked bryan about a tool left behind he does not remember leaving any tools behind. Please contact me if you any questions, robert kaminski/owner 313-213-6087"

Initially they came out and did the work needed. When it was time to make the winterization appointment it was very difficult to get a hold of them. When an appointment was finally made over a month in the future and we called to give instructions for the day of, Steve had forgotten to put the appointment in his calendar and said they were too busy.

I really appreciated the recommendations and the fair price to repair my outdoor lighting. I am just waiting on one final replacement of a photocell which is why I indicated 4.5 on quality vs 5. The photocell has been ordered and I expect it will be installed in the same 5 star quality as everything else.
