He did a horrible job installing a gas hot water heater. Please do not hire this man. He is not a licensed plumber. Ask for his license. If he can?t produce it don?t let him work on your plumbing. He?s cheap because he?s not legit.

Will did a fantastic job installing a new drain pipe. The work was quick and the price was very reasonable. I will recommend his service to others.

William Butler is a fraud. He is not a plumber, a handyman at best. I won my judgement against him in Augusta courts for $15,000 dollars. He is avoiding the inevitable.

The company promised to refund 400 because they did not complete the work that the estimate was given for. they estimated 50ft and it was only about 35ft in total

I hired this company in December. He came out right away and ran plumbing under a sink that was originally done wrong by someone else. He opened up the clog. But then I had a leak in the left side of the sink where he replaced the basket. It took numerous texts before he finally came to tighten it, sometimes ignoring my calls and texts. Then the right basket started leaking and even though he did the entire plumbing under the sink he charged me for replacing the right basket since he did not replace it originally. I feel it would not have needed replacing if he had not been working with it when replacing the plumbing. Then last Sunday, 3/3 19, the right side started leaking again. I texted him, he phoned me and said he would be out Tuesday. Tuesday evening he texted me and stated he would be out Thursday and put a new basket in because he was still on a job. Today is Saturday, 3/9/19 and I have not heard from him. I hired another guy yesterday to fix the leak and he discovered that the rubber seal around the basket that No Pressure installed was way too large and the basket was not aligned before it was forced on. Do not recommend this company at all.

Very pleased. Hired No Pressure to come out and fix a clogged/non-flushing commode in a rental property. He resolved the problem quickly (Clorox wipes are not flushable, people!). While he was there, had him check the crawl space for a mystery water leak that was causing a mold problem. Several other specialists of different types had searched and found nothing, but Will found the leak within minutes. Ended up hiring him to fix that, as well as repair a kitchen sink which was also leaking badly. Not the cheapest, but he gives you the price up front and gets the job done. Very pleased and will definitely call on No Pressure in the future for other projects.

Will was very knowledgeable and professional. He came out in the rain surveyed what needed to be done and completed the unclogging of my toilet/ tub and completely installed a clean out system. Prices were reasonable and I would use this companies service again. Highly recommended.

Will did a great job. This is a rental property and they came out same day and cleared a clog and changed out a pressure regulator. Tenants were very happy.

They informed you when they are running late. The person who did the work was friendly and informative.

I was in an emergency situation where the tub and sink was backing up in my children's bathroom, but I was at work. Oh what to do? What to do? Well, no worries, because No Pressure Plumbing came to the rescue! They are a 24/7 plumbing service. I felt a sigh of relief that all would be fixed before my children and I went to bed. Good customer service. Very professional. And fair prices. Thank you for rescuing the day for me!

The job could not be completed, because the work required plumbing services to dig down at least 12' to 15' to the sewerage pipes and replace them. the plummer used a back hoe machine that was not sufficient to dig down to these levels, and the job was never completed. Neither was there an effort for "No Pressure Plumbing" to come back to make an attempt to finish the job. Consequently, we had to hire another plumbing company , that had the equipment and crew that successfully finished the job that was needed.
