Paul was great & gave me a tour of my home. He noticed a lot of details I wouldn t have otherwise & gave suggestions of improvements to make while also providing links to purchase parts for repairs.

Very knowledgeable inspector and helped with all my doubts as a first time home buyer.

Cordal, punctual , pleasant and professional

I was satisfied. Thank you

Paul was very professional in walking us through our inspection of our first home. He showed up early and did an outstanding, thorough inspection. Highly recommend to anyone in need of home inspection service.

Timely and professional service, highly recommend.

The inspector arrived early, to his time and went through every detail. He answered all questions and provided solutions and/or suggestions.

We could not have been more impressed with Paul! He arrived early to look at the exterior, and happily talked us through his inspection. The inspection was incredibly thorough. The provided report not only gave us details of everything that he looked at, but also provided links to useful blogs, videos, and other resources. We feel that we learned a lot about our home, and about home care in general. There is no doubt that the services were fully worth what we paid. We brought our fathers, who both have industry knowledge. I wouldn't recommend making an inspection a family affair, however, both of our fathers were highly impressed with how thorough and ethical Paul was. I would absolutely recommend Paul to anyone.

Paul was very thorough and detailed in his inspection, both inside and outside. He also made many helpful recommendations on efficiency and repairs. I particularly appreciated his patience and flexibility. We ran into a number of inspection delays caused by the owner and a repair contractor, and Paul was very understanding and accommodating. Highly recommended.

I just bought a newly constructed condo and at a suggestion f a friend wanted to get home inspection done that wouldn't cost me too much money. I called about ten places and they were all asking for $350 or more. I told Paul I would pay only $300. He agreed and did a great job inspecting my home.

Paul was exceptional. professional and knowledgeable. He was respectful of my home, and thorough in his work. Paul never pressured us to just to get more money; as a matter of fact he indicated we did not need anything more than we already had. We appreciated his work and will definitely call on him again.

Paul is a very punctual person. He was there before the time.

We would definitely use his services again.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Advice was excellent, and helped me prioritize what repairs were needed.

Wonderful experience, we highly recommend!

Choose Paul. He really knows his stuff and will make you feel much more comfortable whether you are a buyer or seller. Paul's reports have links to recommended products, ideas, or fixes that makes your life super simple. He's cost savvy and can save you big bucks! And, his inspection fee is more reasonable than the four or five I compared to. I couldn't be more pleased. On top of all of that, Paul's a funny guy with a quick wit. Pay attention!

Paul was extremely responsive via email and text the minute I reached out to him. He even arrived early to the appointment which is always a plus. As a first time home buyer, he explained everything thoroughly as if I was in elementary school. The report is also very thorough and Paul provided links to recommendations/suggestions on how to fix it yourself.

Paul was very thorough and very helpful.

Paul was extremely professional. He was there an hour early and walked through things with us while we waited for our real estate agent. He was super knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. Easy to follow, answered questions properly and gave us his full attention. He even cracked a joke or two to make us feel comfortable! Thanks Paul!!!

Their report is long, detailed, and includes hot links. Paul carried spray silicone and lubricated the sliding closet door and other places. Also tightened screws on the front storm door.
