Returned from 4 months up North to find pool in horrible shape. Water with thick milky white substance (dead algae) and debris trap overflowing with dead bugs and other stuff. Paid for weekly service, but obviously did not receive it. Do not use this company!

"I was advised by the owner to stop service on the pool, which I did. She called and asked what happend ,I explained that I was told to stop service so we did. I offered to come out at no expense to the home owner and she stated "No I do not want you back out at my home. Then she called back threatening to sue my company for letting her pool go green. I again offered to come out at no cost to her and she did not like that she would have to wait. I even refunded her a week service. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE when speaking with me."

Had them install pool heater. after install, had have someone else come in and fix what they did. Charged more than the original quoit. Would not recommend

We when discussed the installation of the pool heater, i advised that you would need electric service 50 amp for the installation. I further advised that the electric was a seperate charge then the price of the heater. We discussed the total price and you were in agreement so we proceed with the installation. I apologize if there were any misunderstanding but you were in agreement on the price before any work was started."

I appreciate the dependability and how efficient the staff is at No Worries Pool Service. After being dissatisfied with the last 3 companies it's a breath of fresh air to know I am dealing with professionals who care about their business. I highly recommend them! They also can install new pool heaters which I did as well. :-)

They have the right name. They picked up the phone right away and came out right on time, lots of updates to keep me informed of their schedule and arrival time. Walked me through my system and taught me what I needed to know. Great people, very personable fellow Veterans and as a combat Vet w/ PTSD I have a hard time with most people but not here. It really is no worries pool service. Trustworthy and competent.

Bryan certainly knows his business and he and my husband were talking along the same line just over the phone. Bryan convinced my husband that he could handle the tight squeeze problem we would have and he absolutely did!! He was prompt and did everything he said he would do-that is a rare happening in Florida. I have his name in my file of to use again contractors. He was very professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bryan was very helpful and went beyond the normal realm of service since he installed a pool pump that I purchased online which was defective. This resulted in more time and expense for him requiring a different timer and help from his electrician to check to make sure it was installed correctly before shipping back the defective pool pump. Although it took multiple visits, he made everything right by installing a new pool pump at a reasonable price.
