One Time Interior House Cleaning
I paid 250.00 dollars for a one time deep clean. Two women came and they were gone in 1 1/2 hours. I told the owner I wasn't satisfied. The bath tub still had grime in it. My husband is a mechanic so it had a grease ring. She said if I hired her again this would come off. The kitchen floor wasn't even swept. She mopped over it. The dusting was terrible. When they left I sprayed Clorox around the grease ring and it came right off. My 12yr old could do a better job. I dont recommend this company.

Exceeded my expectations. For me Noah's Arc was right on time for what I needed. Well worth the money if you give Noah's Arc the chance to provide the service that fits your needs. Unlike cleaning services who tell you what they will or will not do. Noah's Arc works with you so that what's in your head for what you want to accomplish, gets accomplished. I'm grateful for Stephania and thank her for her hard work, patience, understanding, and professionalism.

Maid Service
The part they did- they did well. But when I said I want my bathroom cleaned, that means I want all my bathroom cleaned not just flooring.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
The project was a "whole house" cleaning with no furniture in the house to get ready to sale. Estimate was changed several times and some of the services that were to be included were not completed. Be sure to get ALL details of request included (in writing)in original estimate before you accept. Owner would not back up her written communication to client after they were brought to her attention. Will not use company again and would not recommend.

This was the first time I used this service, so we were both new to each other. I expect the second time will rate 5 stars all the way!

Great communication leading up to, during and after the service. She was polite and showed up early. Missed a few minor things, but overall great work. Great value for the work.

Maid Service
Sloppy work stayed one hour totally did not do what I asked. You cannot clean a 8x36 camper in one hour. Sliding glass door not touched, counter tops half way cleaned, table and furniture legs not touched, bedroom carpet, on and on and on.
Response from Noah's Arc Cleaning Services
"(consumer name withheld per their request) I do apologize. This was a brand new employee. Since your job was small we didn't think she needed someone with her. Please accept our apology."
