Nobel Cleaning

Listed a large 5/3 move out/prep for sell clean empty, dirty, not trashed, no big issues. I was quoted 8 hours. Asked her to tour the property to confirm, she declined. Then it was 8-10 hours, then it was 11.5-12 hours. Even many of the spaces she did "clean" were still dirty. Carpets were a priority as cleaners were coming the next day. They were still filthy. We had to take time off work to go get them cleaned and had to empty the canister 4 times. Didn't clean the stairs so tracked dirt through already mopped floors. Fridge did look great, greasy residue from inside cabinets was mostly gone but handles were still very greasy. Wiping out built-ins and cabinets after you've done the floors doesn't make sense. Essentially, the approach was disorganized, attention to detail was lacking. Still no text with payment confirmation. She offered to come back for 1 hour. Too much still needed to be done and we can't wait any longer. I would not recommend this business.
