I used them 3 time they sent a girl really nice but un experience. She treated 57 house like a 2024 new construction this is a 4point inspection she even called for gfci on the garage completely out the wether ,she called almost everything on one house,i had over 20 4point inspection done on rentals before I never seen someone to treat it like a new condition with 2024 codes....I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN...

So today was the day when a professional from "Noble Property Inspection" came to our house for Inspection. All i can say, avoid hiring them unless you want to spent money just for nothing. We hire professionals so that they can validate and provide input for things, we as unskilled person cannot do. But if the service is like doing the eye ball checking which we can also do then why pay!!! agree. For example, the attic inspection, if the person goes up the attic and just put a light to check all the way at the end, is that service actually required and when you try to get clarification, your told don't worry will tell you at the end!! At end when you try to get your point of view, it's not accepted well and when i questioned about any other concern was told "check the report". so, this is the professional service we get "either my way or highway." we all work hard for our money, and we want to see value for it, we get hurt when that same level of empathy is not shown. if you need to earn business then that much effort needs to be put into.

It was a pleasure working with Phil Bullock at Noble Home Advisors. Phil was very professional, charged a reasonable price, and provided a thorough report of my new home. I greatly appreciated his professionalism and transparency, and he made the inspection one less item to worry about in an already stressful home-buying process.

Main contact is a P.E., and his partner is an EIT. You cannot expect a more qualified duo. The report was interactive and â next genâ . Best home inspection service in Houston. These guys can compete with the most expensive home inspection service you can find, but what you pay is a fraction. For now. Get them while you can!

The engineer, Phil, who responded to my request was the only on of the eight recommendations who responded with in the first hour of my making inquiry for my need for an inspection of my pool enclosure by an environmental professional. And he wat h only one that as willing to perform the inspection on the same day, a Saturday, at 2:00 PM. He was very professional and informed me that he would call if he were a little behind schedule, due to a previous scheduled appointment, and he actually did call and let me know that I should expect him around 2:25 and he did arrive prompt at that time. After he finished the inspection, he promised to provide via email the written report which was required by the mortgage loan company requesting the inspection. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the promised email within one hour after his departure., and the report was exactly what was required. It made my day, to be so successful in finding a professional, on the weekend, willing to promptly and efficiently satisfy my request.
