Our project started with high hopes, but quickly degenerated into a series of mishaps and mistimings. The general contractor was not on site during the initial phase and as a result this project which was started on June 16th and was suppose to end June 30th, did not finish until mid-August. At one point he said that he had five jobs going at the same time. His drywall subcontractor was a disaster (they needed to come in multiple times). That could have been avoided had the contractor given adequate supervision. He fired his cement subcontractor, because he had messed up on a previous job. Actually we were happy to cancel a cement patio that was part of the original contract because we just wanted to be done with Nobleman Construction. After the project was mostly completed and we had the "clean-up" issues for him to take care of, he never came back. We never did a filnal walk through. When were were contacted by the plumbing subcontractor that our bill had not been paid, we ended up paying the full plumbing bill off (the amount was about the same as what we owed Noblemen, so we called it even). This summer was the "Lost Summer" because of the amount of time we put into fixing the many mistakes caused by sloppy subcontractors. Overall, the final project is what we wanted, but it was so much more work to get to than it should have been. With more supervision and greater communication we could have had a great experience.

The bottom line is the poor work (staining) quality and communication will keep me from recommending or using them again.
