Jose and his team did a fantastic job removing our old deck and rebuilding a larger one with glass railing. The job was permitted, inspected and approved with no issues whatsoever. Jose kept on schedule, was professional and the price was reasonable. I recommend Jose for top quality work, and I will definitely hire him again for future projects.

My wife and i just bought a new (old) house in Queen Anne. It needed various minor and medium size repairs requiring much more skill than I have. For example, some of the custom trim work on the outside of the house was rotted. Also one piece of siding had some rot from ground contact. And a windowwell made from pressure treated wood had reached the end of its useful life--it was crumbling. I found Jose by looking at Google reviews and he came out to look at the various things that needed to be done. He took some measurements and sent me a very reasonable bid later that day. He showed up the following week and during the course of one day got thru all the projects with a high degree of skill. I was especially impressed that he we able to recreate on site with his tablesaw the custom wood trim of the house. He was easy to work with and a pleasure to have around the house. I'm already putting together another list of repairs for him.

Jose did a solid job dismantling the fireplace, ensuring the area was prepped with drop cloths to minimize mess. The demolition was thorough, exposing the structure behind the brick while remaining safe. Jose has experience in multiple disciplines of construction and would trust him and his work on future jobs.
