I have over 20 years of experience in construction, I started working in 1990 as a handyman, and I had management and maintenance of 50 apartments in California from 1990 to 1995. I got my License No. 0561204 in 1998 from the State of Connecticut. I have remodeled many homes in Norwich, CT and I've also worked in the construction of new homes for Liberty Construction, from 1998 to 2010. I have a great deal of experience in painting, roofing, siding, framing, windows, finishing work, carpentry, crown molding, and cabinets. I know that it takes more than just materials, tools, and skill to deliver outstanding results. Used Noes home improvement for a leak I was having that was believed to be coming from the roof area around my chimney. However, the leak continued to occur after the fix. Noes home improvement was unresponsive to follow up calls relating to the continued issue and after they were paid.

Awesome! Father and Son team. He even found and fixed a couple of other small issues with the roof other that just repair the damage I had called about. Friendly and efficient. Would call them anytime. Couldn't get 2 big name companies to even call me back about my job. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a roof or any roofing issue.

After examining my problem, Noe realized my problem was missing morter on the chimney, not the shingles. He fixed it in short order. A good job done quickly.

Noe came out and repaired some wind damage on short notice. Solid repairs and he even pointed out and sealed a few questionable spots that i hadn't noticed.

Now is an excellent contractor. He reroof don't my shed. Did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. He also fixed the double doors that were installed by another contractor I hired and this guy did not install them correctly. Noe not only fixed but replaced the header above the doors as they were rotted. The first contractor just covered it up. I would not hesitate to hire Noe again.

We are selling our house end add an open house the next day. I called Home Advisor the prior day around 5:00 pm to hire someone to fix a bubble in our roof. He showed up the next morning at 7:00 am room to spare for the beginning of the open house. He did a great job!

He didn't balk at splitting the job; ie. he stripped and re-roofed my garage and breezeway, as asked, with plans to complete the house next year. Fast, dependable, knowledgeable. Only problem was the thousands of tiny black pieces and nails left behind. I vacuumed my beds, swept my paths, and still may have to scrape the top inch off the entire area to remove all the asphalt pieces.

Noe charged for total removal/replacement of back of house plywood and shingles.He told me at jobs end he would not strip the plywood over my garage and would compensate $80.00 only of the 4500 agreed price. He would not reimburse a portion of the labor fee for which he was paid.He also left several garbage bags of debris in my attic and reconnected one of the 2 vent hoses from both bathrooms he had removed when replacing their plywood. I notified him of these issues and he refused to live up to the contract. Now I have to pay someone again to do what I already paid this person to do.
