The project began with him arriving two hours late from the original time scheduled. They do not have an eye for detail and the craftsmanship was pretty sloppy. The shelves installed were white and when he left, there were fingerprints and dirt over everything. The cabinetry was not aligned properly, he left several holes in the wall and I do not believe he communicated well enough before installing them. He could have marked the holes off on the wall and confirmed before beginning drilling, but he went ahead and began drilling holes before project was fully approved. At the end, when it came time to discuss payment, he refused to let me pay through HomeAdvisor and was instead solely requesting payment through Venmo or check, which made it a lot more difficult than it needed to be. I did not appreciate that there were two contractors on site pressuring me to make payment through those means and refusing paying through the HomeAdvisor app to the point I requested they leave the property.

Work was completed within 24 hrs of when I accepted the bid. Happily took on another "oh-by-the-way" task that I needed to get done, for a small increase in total price. WIll call again.

Hired him for a window AC installation. He came and saw I was missing the bracket part for the bottom he went to Home Depot bought it came back and was done in less than an hour. Job was clean and professional highly recommended.

Did a good job!

Buyer beware. Did the job poorly. Also, did not want to discuss the job with me after I had hired him. He kept the door shut the entire time. Had to come back twice after finishing the job. It still isn't right.

Najib is a very nice man and his intentions is to do a good job for you. He is knowledgeable and his hands on work is pretty good. His team however is lacking. The painter is messy and you really have to stay on him to clean up drips, and other paint messes. The handyman team is only partially knowledgeable, seems like they are learning as they go and they do not do a good job with finishes.

Najib, the owner, is great! His truck is like a workshop on wheels. We hired him mainly to help find a couple of leaks (not an easy task) and repair them. We think he found the cause of the main leak, and has hopefully repaired it. We'll see in the next couple of days when it rains. I'm optimistic. We had someone else try to fix the same thing, and he did a terrible job. Thank goodness Najib figured that out and re-did it the right way. We also had him change the hinges on an exterior door, seal the floor of one of our balconies and install a kitty door in the garage door. He not only did a great job, but he's also a very nice guy, as is his helper. He's a little pricier than others might be, but you really do get what you pay for. In the long run, the little bit extra you might pay him will be completely worth it. I highly recommend him.

He was very flexible with options and getting it done to what we wanted.
