My job was a little complicated. I have cathedral ceilings and I wanted several walls painted one color and other walls painted another color. One color I chose was a deep color and he had to do two coats to cover my existing paint (builders white). He did not charge extra for the added labor. His estimate was a lot lower than I had budgeted for. I was so amazed at the results. Next year my son, who also lives in PA, will be needing several rooms of his new house painted and we will contact Mark for pricing.
