Paid Matt Nolan for half of the deck project on 9/1/20, torn down the deck, cost us a lot of more expenses after tearing down the deck, and not able to obtain permits. Built hazardous temporary steps to get inside the beach house, Hard to get on the phone or reply to a text. When he did reply made promises to come back, to date has not shown up. Has not responded to last text on 6/21/21. Would not recommend it, has changed the company name and takes honest peoples money. FYI, I am not the only one.
