Zachary was able to upgrade our electrical panel within a few days and was on time, courteous and answered all of our questions and concerns. Completing this project most likely saved our home from an electrical fire as he showed us several circuit breakers that had melted in the original box. He saved us money by recommending a new location for the new panel and reused some of the circuit breakers we had recently installed in our old panel. I highly recommend giving him a call for your future electrical upgrade projects. He is a licensed and insured Master Electrician.

We hired Zack to replace our panel, run cable, add pot lights, move fan boxes and add multiple outlets. He was also the only electrician that we found that would run low voltage (Ethernet) saving us dealing with an extra contractor. He provided excellent service and made some suggestions that really improved our house. He was very professional and unlike all of the other contractors we have used during our renovation he showed up on time which was very appreciated. I think it speaks very highly of him that the Frisco inspector took Zackâ s card and contact info to hire him for work in his own home. He will be our first call in the future for any electrical work.

I spoke to Zack prior to the engagement. We agreed on a date/time/price. He showed up ten minutes early, which is rare in my experience. He assessed the reason that my plug wasn't working. Fixed it. And then changed two outdoor plugs to new GFCI plugs. Also I had a plug that was controlled by a light switch which has annoyed me the whole time that I've lived here. I had him change that so the plug is always 'hot.' It took him maybe 90 minutes total to do everything. And then he said that the scope was a bit less than he had expected and charged me $35 less than we had agreed to. Plus he did that annoying switch thing that we didn't even discuss during the original estimate. Honest guy. Nice guy. Punctual. Professional. And efficient. I'll use him exclusively going forward.

I couldn't be happier with Zach and the work he did. Not only was he fair and honest, but he showed up when he said he was going to show up, he was deeply knowledgeable, and his professionalism was above and beyond what I could have expected.
