Matt was very courteous. He gave me a call the day before to confirm things. He showed up on time. He was very easy to talk to, and I didn't feel awkward to let him into my home. He was upfront and honest. He let me know what he thinks and was willing to come back if getting a new fuse didn't do the trick. I appreciated his directness and would gladly have him as our go to guy for appliance work!

On the phone, Matt was able to do a tentative diagnosis of the issues with our 7 yr.old washing machine, and quickly verified the problems during the service call. He gave an estimate of the cost for parts needed, but pointed out that for only about $100 more, we could buy a new washer. His honesty was appreciated, because he would have made a lot more money by completing the repairs. Highly recommended!

Matt initially gave me 2 quotes for likely costs before even coming to see the LG fridge which was no longer self-defrosting. He was prompt for the initial service and the repair service that was later scheduled, coming at the time expected. The final quote matched his initial quote and he found the part and scheduled the repair within 2 days. Matt was friendly, clean and demonstrated knowledge of the fridge and repair. I highly recommend Matt and would hire him again.

Matt is a stellar dude!!! He was super responsive, came out to check our fridge within 1 day and diagnosed our issue within an hour and gave us guidance on how to redeem an appliance warranty to replace a bad compressor. Will certainly be using his services again in the future!!

Matt is a decent person, very friendly and knowledgeable. His work is excellent and his personality very pleasant.

Matt demonstrated a very professional approach to our refrigerator repair. He responded quickly to our home and found the issue causing the low temperature condition. He was able to manually defrost the cooling coil and got our refrigerator running again saving the food from spoiling. He ordered the part and returned and installed a couple of days later. We will call him again for any appliance repair we might have.
