Nooga Lawn Care was quick to communicate and kept me up to date on the project as they progressed They were great in coming up for solutions to my water run off problems. We replace a staircase and some retaining walls with ties, added a brick wall and leveled out where where the water caused some erosion. I would hire again.

This is update to my December 2019 review. Because of weather conditions and COVID, this company was not able to complete staining my deck and sealing my patio. I was not able to get them out until July 2020 to get the project finished. . Then, they sent inexperienced deck stainers who had never stained a deck before, got stain all over my house, dripped it on new pavers, and overall did a terrible job. Then the owner came out to re-sand my pavers and was returning the next week to seal the pavers. I have not heard from him since. He does not return phone calls, doesn t answer texts or respond to any form of communication. He allegedly provides a one year guarantee for his work but if he doesn t respond, how do you make good on the guarantee. I thought the owner was an upright person so I am very disappointed that he has just walked away from an incomplete job. If you use him expect him to use untrained employees, check references for work he claims to be skilled at and make sure he completes every phase of his commitment prior to paying him. He has turned out not to be a man of his word.

I hired NLC and L to address several issues I had with current patio: standing water on patio, weeds between stones, and unlevel patio. We agreed to begin with concrete base,, raise the yard to meet the patio and eventually use flagstone pavers as the material for the patio. Kevin and his crew did an outstanding job on the project. He ended up re-sodding my lawn, mulching flower beds, pruning crepe myrtles and pressure washing and sealing my deck. I found Kevin to be one of the most honorable men I have ever hired for a project. If he tells you he will do something, he does it. I highly recommend Nooga Lawn Care and Landscaping for any lawn or landscape project.

Nooga Lawn Care is great. They do a good job, they're fast, and the guys are respectful. Tiny bit higher on price than I was looking for, but you pay for quality with them.

A bit pricey but they came when they said they would and did very nice work.

Very quick and did a good job

So glad I hired NL&L to do an aeration and overseeding of my fescue last fall when I first moved into the home. Kevin's crew was prompt and thorough, great communication (when weather delayed my initial appt), and very professional and outstanding customer service. Now that the weather is warming up, I will hire them again for spring clean up!

They came when the owner said, and did a ok job. They did not check to see if the job was up to my satisfaction, and sent a bill over the internet

this company was very quick to respond, very professional, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. They did the final summer season mowing and grass trimming, trimmed ALL shrubs, pampas grass, etc. In addition they also pressure washed our house. Besides taking care of all these areas, they had great recommendations for improving the quality of our plantings! Excellent work and cleanup with attention to details. I highly recommend them.

Came by same day and gave estimate. Said he could mow yard on Monday, and he did. Very satisfied.

Doing an OK job. Left a few tufts of grass around the sewer clean out pipe and needed reminding about a section of lawn that needed to be mowed, but have been pleasant. I figured that they are new to my lawn and will take a few sessions to learn the layout.

It would appear your survey is bias because you don't want service companies to receive a 5 star rating and that is just wrong. As far as the nooga lawn care service is concerend they rate a 5 from me.
