One Time Interior House Cleaning

I am so upset about Ashley. I wanted the surfaces and stuff on them dusted and wiped down. The floors mopped and vacuumed. She only went around objects. did not pick up anything to dust. she did not sweep the laundry room floor at all. the fans are still quite dirty she did not wipe the counters in the kitchen. and did not mop anything. Did not tell me of her extra $25 charge for gas until she was ready to leave. I am not the type to hover or point out spots missed. I consider her 2.5 hrs for $75.00 a total ripoff. I am livid and that was the proverbial straw. I will no longer trust anyone anymore. She owes me cleaning or all my money back. Horrible experience. If the rating had a zero I would have picked that. She does not deserve a one.
