Noonan Fabrication

I was very happy about the work provided by Mike at first with my railings, HOWEVER he never completed the job and I paid the full amount. My calls are not returned neither was the balance for the handrail. I will be pursuing legal action. Update 3/23 - I have now received a refund and the issue was resolved

I don't leave reviews usually, but the waste of time and energy spent on this warrants a review. Five (5) weeks of time actually. Mike came to my house to repair or replace my attic access ladder/door. The hinge was bent creating an air gap. Mike said all it needs is a new hinge assembly, I'll order it today. Upon follow-up a week and half later, he stated never ordered the part... okay? Mike states he'll order the part, we schedule a date for 2 weeks later for replacement at 10 am..... 10am comes no call no show from Mike...... still don't have part ill next day it... week later, No Mike... Won't pick his phone up. Its awful that people have no common decency or respect for peoples time. Hire someone.... anyone else.

Mike has good quality products and provided several options for what we needed.

Prompt installation of the hand rail. The cost was below what I expected and the workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend Mr. Noonan. The work exceeded my expectations.

He is a dishonest business man. He had created fraud.
