At Nor Cal Building Inspections we continue to study new codes in the Building Inspection Field. We have over 680 Class lecture hours, 512 field class hours, 148 computer literacy hours, We will price match any competition. We are available on short notice. No, and I?m making an official complaint because I want my money back he charged me $350 to come Do a Home inspection told me that everything checked out just for me to find out I hired an inspector named Eddie that my AC unit doesn?t work which means he never checked it or tested it, but in his report, it says that he did and it all was good. Come to find out, it?s not it doesn?t even work like it?s supposed to I?m requesting a full refund

"The home has several issues such as a Zinsco electrical panel, a deferred cost water heater, roof issues with previous repairs, it has dry rot in several exterior and crawlspace areas-which a Pest Inspection is needed, replacement of windows, old floor Covering Material, open junction boxes which is a fire hazard, Unpermitted plumbing. These issues were mentioned in the report. "I never said everything was all good. The HVAC is only 6 years old and was Operated that day because it was hot!"

My home insurance company stopped doing business in California and my Insurance Company dropped the ball and did not find a,replacement in time so my insurance lapsed. I found an insurance company but they required a 4 point home inspection. NorCal immediately responded. Due to the age of the home, I had to update my electrical system. The inspector explained why my 1960 system needed to be upgraded and I am very grateful that I had the inspection with a very responsive and knowledgeable inspector. I will use them again to confirm my contractor's work.
