They are a very busy company. Did not always know when the workers were going to show up?

Dan stood by his word and got the project done within the strict time table. Was very accessible and sent photo updates everyday.

Dan and all his Nor'easter subcontractors were fantastic. I had a serious emergency repair, which turned out NOT to be covered by insurance. They were on the job before other contractors even responded, despite being busy with other customers. They worked with me to stay within an unreasonably tiny budget, listened to my preferences, kept me informed of schedule challenges, and usually cleaned up well. All were not just good at their trades, but genuinely nice people. I would definitely hire them again.

We are very pleased with the end result. Dan was friendly but very professional and provided us with a line item estimate. The roof repair was completed immediately as was the demo on the water logged drywall. The windows were custom made so almost a month passed before we received them but they were installed within days of delivery. Although there was some additional drywall damage around the windows that was done during installation, Dan's drywall guys repaired and textured everything when they came out to finish the original water logged section. All in all, a great job! We'd definitely recommend Dan & Nor'Easter Development!
