Norato Construction and Roofing

David and his team did a great job from start to finish. The roof work included solving a water flow issue to one gutter due to the original design. The quality of the work and timeframe in which it was done was outstanding. The communications from start to finish were great. It was a pleasure to have had Norato as the contractor for this job, and I will call them for other services we might need that the company provides. I also recommend without qualification Norato to others looking for a friendly and reliable contractor.

David was great to work with.He put my roof several years ago. Several weeks ago I had a roof leak. Contacted David he was here the next day. He found the leak and they repaired the leak. GREAT JOB

I hired David to replace our roof as we were having drainage issues. In the past week we have had water coming into our unit due to an improper roof drain, which David says, is not part of installing a new flat-top roof (we are not talking about gutters, but the drain where water has to go to exit the roof). His warranty is useless as it is not through a third party, but through him which means if he does not agree, no warranty. He was highly unprofessional and requested money constantly even though we agreed to a deposit and the rest after the job was done. Also, the roof debris from improper cleanup (maybe he forgot) caused the drain to clog up and he refused to repair the damage caused by that.

David and his crew could not have been more accommodating, from start to finish.

David was very responsive. Did an estimate that was fair and reasonable. Returned to do the work right on time. His crews new what they were doing.
