Not real happy about their getting back to me with quotes on a new furnace. I asked for a price quote (installed) when they were here to fix my current furnace and it's been 10 days and still no quote on a replacement sytem.

there was a issue with getting part for my tankless. The customer service kept me informed of the time and wait. The work crew efficient, friendly they did a really good job. I would call Nordic agene for major issues.

They called to say they would be early. The young man was pleasant and efficient.

Very prompt and very responsive. Good service. Completed in 2 days. Tech made temporary repair that enabled furnace to operate over night. They then replaced the bad part the next day. Good job!

What can I add about this place? From the Home Advisor....I called this company and talked to the most helpful and kind person (Kim) that actually seemed to want to help her customers find the RIGHT solution....and just not replace the whole expensive $2,500 plus tax power vent gas water heater....that had also been quoted by another company....but suggested by Kim that they might be able to repair not just replace our defective one!!! Then, the actual repair man (Cory) came out and dealt with my wife in the exact same manner!!!! He did find that we did not have the exact type of I thought we had...(my mistake)...and said he could be back with the new Part in just two days and was able to make ours work temporarily until her returned. Our final cost was only 1/4 of what the "other" company was willing to doo....and yet.....this company...just saved us an our perfectly good water heater with just a part as it was still not old enough to even justify a new one due to age. USE THIS COMPANY with complete comfort and safety that you are dealing with people that do want to fix and even at their loss of extra income to make you a satisfied customer and do it RIGHT for you! I only wish I could tell the whole area about thse excellent people that really do care about us...the customer! Thank you Kim And Cory for your GREAT service!

The technician didn't have the part in his van for a permanent fix, but he got the heat working and returned two days later with the part--which he had priced out for us beforehand--and finished the job. Very professional, thorough, and polite. I will be using this company again.
