This was a very detailed inspection. As the inspector found problem items, he pointed them out to me. As a potential first time homebuyer, I asked questions. Not once did he make me feel like I was a bother. I would definitely recommend him or use his services in the future if needed.

We were very disappointed, a total waste of money. He did not point out anything that we did not see ourselves. He lacks knowledge and a good work ethic. He seemed to be in a hurry, maybe that is why we had to pay in advance. We have had 4 other homes inspected all other reports were much more thorough and far superior.

I hired inspectors before and they didnâ t do half the inspection that Norman Inspector did. Iâ m a new home buyer so you can imagine the stress of making the right choice on a home. Brandon is the best inspector I've had so far. Found the big issues, didn't make anything up like most inspectors do, and completed the full inspection in a very reasonable time frame. My results were delivered by the end of the day and had pictures, full write up of issues, and recommended updates. I'm impressed.

BT was extremely through during our home inspection. As first time buyers, he answered every question and even offered tips on how to repair a few items. After the inspection was complete, his turn around rate on getting us the full report was lightning quick, maybe 30-40 minutes which was amazing. Highly recommend.
