Very professional and informative. Shows you exactly what is needed to be repaired and is a friendly person. The repairmen that came out to my home were friendly, courteous and provided excellent service.

I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get them to come to do some warranty work on a new unit they sold us. They just tell me they will call me to set up appointment but do not. I would avoid this company like the plague. This company quoted $300 more for a ductwork job than another local company, this was including a previous customer discount.

They told us that the ductwork was included in the price of our new unit, but then said later it was just the one duct leaving the unit. They offered to look at the rest of our ductwork, and that is all they did-look. Several times they have said they would come back to repair the ductwork, but have never shown up. We were willing to pay more for it, but they never returned so we could discuss it. Now we have a new unit that is working as hard as the old one, because we still need new ductwork.

Norman was very thorough with his explaining, and did the job in one day. I would definitely rehire Norman for any HVAC job. He couldn t have been any more perfect.

I submitted a request for quote on Home Advisorâ s website and Norman contacted me in less than one hour. My current unit is a RUUD 12 SEER installed in 1997. After discussing our options with Norman, we decided to have him install a RUUD 16 SEER unit. He and his technicians arrived as scheduled and the new unit was installed and running in approximately 3 hours. While I was visiting a local air filter company in McAllen, a worker with another air conditioning company asked who was installing my unit. I told him Normanâ s Air Conditioning from Brownsville. And he said Norman does excellent work and is highly regarded in his field. Plus he said the cost Norman quoted was fair for the unit being installed. I highly recommend Normanâ s Air Conditioning for your Air Conditioning needs. UPDATED 11-9-2020 The unit never functioned properly it would freeze up and multiple times he would come back and could not find anything wrong, I called a new contractor a new Ruud Certified installer,found out he improperly install the fan speed and the inline dryer filter was installed backwards.

Norman was very prompt and nice. He diagnosed what was wrong, what I needed to do and will definitely will choose them to complete the work when we can. Seemed to be a highly honest person.

Was half of what anyone else quoted.

Contacted me the next morning and came by that afternoon to look at and bid the job. Worked around my schedule. The installation went well and the units work great.

We replaced or aging HVAC before it got too cold out. Norman was amazing at following up, explaining options, and very reasonably priced. We felt comfortable with every step of the process! I called Norman back for a second job within a week and will call him for all of my future HVAC needs! He needs to be your first call! I’m exceptionally picky with high standards. Most contractors in the Valley do not meet my expectations. Norman surpasses!

He sounded very professional, knowledgable, and helpful on the phone. i would have no problem using him or recommending him.

They showed up on time, were very nice, and the owner checked the progress. I didn't like the look of the hoses coming out of the garage wall with the mini split. Daikin could probably do a better design. The A/C in the house is working good and they were careful.

Service installers were knowledgeable and completed work fast but very detailed that everything was working properly and all vents were getting proper airflow.

Owner was available and checked on the job to ensure it was done properly.

Installed in one afternoon. Good job and excellent price.
