I heard about Norm's appliance repair through your website. I contacted Norm re: dishwasher and ice maker which needed repair. He arrived the next day, fixed the dishwasher, ordered the part for the ice maker, and said he would be back in a few days. That was one month ago. Several calls later, only one of which resulted in a conversation and that was after service magic gave me a # I didn't have, I still don't have a working ice maker. I paid Norm for his visit which includes the return visit ----I only owe him for the part which we agreed would be paid when installed. I would not recommend using this contractor.

at first seemed ok but on 2nd appointment never showed up 3 times and then wouldn't return phone calls. very frustrating to deal with.

He showed up fixed our washer for $85 and it worked 4 loads, he told me then that it needed a pump and then did not call back and stopped returning my phone calls.

He called me back right away and was able to fit me in very soon after. My problem with my ice maker was a little hard to figure out, but he was able to figure out what was going on and fix it, and then put back together my freezer before anything even defrosted. I recommend him. Thanks Norm!

He came and took care of the issue on the refrigerator (Seal and ice maker line) and was supposed to come back and connect the final fitting to test out the water to ice maker. He promised to come back and finish the job 3 times and know refuses to answer our calls or come back to finish the job. Not very much a gentleman when he promised to be there and did not show up. Would not use him again.

Very pleased with the immediate callback and same day service for my refer., also took time to check another appliance, and impressed with comprehensiveness of his repair.

Norm ordered a part for my dishwasher 3 weeks ago. He collected $200 and we haven't seen him since. I have called 3 times, he keeps telling us that he hasn't received the part, will look into it and call us back but we don't hear back from him. I'm afraid I've lost $200. I would not recommend him. He does not communicate and I feel 3 weeks waiting for a part is not acceptable. DO NOT USE.

When Norm first came out to fix our clothes washer, he was speedy and attentive. (He even called me back within two minutes of my submitting my request through Service Magic to schedule the appointment.) He fixed the problem-- temporarily. Within a week, my washer was broken again. I thought, "Hey, that's okay, Norm guaranteed his work for 30 days, and he assured us that he would come out." So, I called Norm... No response. My husband called Norm, and was able to set up an appoinment, but Norm never showed. He now won't return our calls, and we have hired another company-- NOT through Service Magic-- who will hopefully fix the issue.

Norm was able to schedule an appointment promptly on the same day and was able to fix the dishwasher drain problem within no time at all.

He was quick to respond. He was very good at listening and outlined the cost for all possibilities so there was no surprise. He came through with a good diagnosis and fixed the problem. This to me separated him from the others.

He returned my call in 2 minutes and was here that afternoon, we ordered a part and my dryer was fixed the next day...amazing!!!

Very knowlegable about refrigerators. Diagnosis took him one minute and repair took 10 minutes. I got my refrigerator back on work with no problem. Highly recommended!

A bit late on time, but honest and less expensive than local repair shops.

He had a fast response after I put in the request at service magic. On the phone he gave me a quote of what I should expect if he had to replace a certain part in addition to the visit cost. On arrival he saw that he didn't need to buy the part but he charged me the same price regardless and now added additional labor costs to justify it. Not a true professional.

Norm's Appliance Repair did a good job at repairing my side by side refridgerator. They showed up on time, had a good price, and fixed the issue.

He was willing to come out at 10pm on a Friday night to fix our refrigerator, and when he realized that we needed a new compressor, he was able to get the compressor on Monday and install it first thing Tuesday morning. He then followed up and called on Wednesday to see how the refrigerator was doing! Wonderful Service!

Norm was very flexible with my schedule but was able to do the repair within a day. He was very helpful and quick.
