Project was to install a front door storm door. Norm worked with me over the phone to work out the project logistics due to me being out of town. Norm showed up as scheduled and had it installed within the estimated time and estimated cost. I would definitely use Norm for future home projects.

Norm replaced steps and added a landing from my upper porch. He understood what I wanted and designed it perfectly adding a set of steps from the landing to my lower patio pad and a set of steps on the opposite side that leads to the garage side of my home. He did a superb job enhancing the work with latticework with a door that gives me access to spray should weeds decide to grow beneath the structure. He was on time and kept me well informed of when he would be on the job. I have gotten many compliments regarding his work from my neighbors, family, and friends. I highly recommend his company to others.
