Norris Gutters

Communication before installation was easy and efficient. Installation was prompt and thoughtful. Materials seem like high quality and they put some thought into downspout sizing and design. Aesthetically, I think the gutters could look a little bit better. The slope of the gutters seems a bit extreme for what is needed, but that could have functional benefits that I am unaware of. There is a small transition from the fascia trim to the brick of my house where a small offset would look nicer than just the slanted gutter. Then again, at the price I paid, I didn't expect perfection. I would work with again but ask the detailed questions on design and installation if you are picky. Work performed on a cape-cod bungalow in Dearborn at 1350 sq ft.

I reached out late on a Sunday, and by early Tuesday morning, I received a call from Rod. He was able to come out within that hour for a free inspection. He arrived in a timely manner and we scheduled a time for a full gutter replacement (one of the options he offered). He and his team were able to come out that week, which was awesome considering we only had that week to work with. They started working promptly, were super efficient, and Rod is great to work with. We just had a weekend full of rain and the basement, which we suspected was leaking due to the gutters, stayed dry! Would highly recommend.

Rod went the extra mile and made the gutter work better than it ever has, added some extra hangers to make sure it would stay in place and cleaned out some clogged downspouts. He also replaced some fascia covering on another part of the house. His quote was the best and covered the most of the groups i spoke with. He also worked around my vacation schedule! Very happy with the service.

It went very well. He repaired the problem. He didn't try to sell me on anything extra but was focused upon fixing the problem with my existing gutters. This I greatly appreciated. The cost was nominal at 180.00. I have hired him to repair my son's gutters. I highly reccommend him.

He has a minimum price so in addition to hanging the gutter that blew off he went around the entire house and put in new fasteners, lifted a couple of gutters that were badly out of line, and caulked some leaky spots. Aside from getting all new gutters he did a good job with what he had to work with. I'm very pleased. I was not home when he came, but my adult son was and he said the he spent quite a bit of time fixing everything.

My experience with Norris Gutters was pretty perfect. Rod returned my call same day. He came out the next day and was done in an hour - small house and garage but lots of leaves and debris. He even repaired some loose spots in the gutters, which I appreciated very much. He was thorough, professional - and friendly, which I also appreciate. Completely satisfied with the work.

Mr Norris was prompt with calling me back and for showing up at exactly the promised time for the estimate. He was able to fit us in the same day, as he had another job nearby. He was on time for the cleaning, and he and his assistant did an excellent job. They cleaned all debris from our gutters and even made a few repairs (tightening or adding screws as they went). They tested each downspout to ensure free flow draining. For this, they used our hoses, but they put everything back exactly as they found it. They worked hard, but efficiently, for one hour careful not to harm any of our landscaping elements. They were done in one hour. All in all, they did an excellent job and were very professional. I would call them again!

Mr. Norris was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I learned quite a bit from him. He gave me several options and never pushed me to spend more. I first called him on a Tuesday and he came out to my house to give me options and pricing that evening! The prices were very reasonable. One week later I had gorgeous new gutters that function much better than my old ones. I highly recommend Norris to anyone looking for new gutters or gutter repairs.

Very professional.  Came up with a plan and worked their plan.  It was a success. <br />

Rod was done within 45 minutes or less. He was very professional and explained what was the problem and how he fixed it. It was an easy fix. Plus he sealed an areas in my gutters that were not sealed when whoever did the original installation. He also gave me a good price for gutter cleaning in the future. I think I will take him up on it too. <br /> <br />
