Matt was extremely knowledgable and professional. Our heater went out on a Friday and he did a weekend call to get us up and running by the Monday. He took the time to explain the exact condition of our furnace, and also checked out our A/C unit as well. I would absolutely recommend Matt and his team for any work you need done. We've been given the run around since August 9, 2017 regarding the repair of an HVAC system that should've been the responsibility of the original developer and builder of our home. After almost three years of having insufficient heating and cooling in our home, we gave up and got estimates and hired Norse with some trepidation given our history with the builder. At this point, we just want things fixed. Matt has been terrific to work with. He definitely had some headaches that were outside of his control and this took a bit longer that either of us imagined up front, he has been dogged in completing the work with fidelity and integrity. He did not ask for a cent in payment on a very pricey invoice until the work was 100% completed and he has stuck with the process until we got the sign off on the inspection from the city. He's the bee's knees and we recommend him without hesitation. He's our go to guy now for repairs/service for HVAC. His trouble shooting and giving ideas/options for a tricky problem were fabulous. Definitely give Matt a call. :)

Matt was very quick in responding to our after hours request when our A/C went out. He made time to come out same day and was very professional in his communication and just overall a pleasure to work with. Super nice which is so refreshing these days when customer service lacks. Norse will be our go to from now on.
