This company is TERRIBLE!!! Not only once BUT twice they came to our house, broke something and then WE had to pay for it. If you try to talk sense into them they just lie right to your face. I tried to go in and talk to them about my most recent issue and they brushed me off. Our heater needed to be cleaned and was working fine. In fact, it was on when the guy came in and he waited until the heater finished its cycle. Well, magically, he touched it and it did not work anymore. He had no idea what was wrong and spent a lot of time on the phone and taking pictures. He could not fix it. Next day a new guy comes back and claims it is not working because again magically the piece that was working when they came into the house just stopped the second they touched it (yeah right). But he did not have the part. Had to come back. Waited 3 days and heard nothing. Mind you, we froze our butts off waiting for them to come back. Finally shows up and puts it in. Charges us for 3 trip fees, on top of the part and the reason he was actually there (which was just to clean it, nothing more). $233... when it was supposed to be $109. Owner does not care. And made it clear to us, he would do nothing to work with us because OUR HEATER WAS WORKING FINE BEFORE THEY SHOWED UP. The sole reason we were having it cleaned was because we sold our house and the buyer requested it. It has been perfect for 5 years. Not a single problem. And these jerks touch it and it is broken... yeah right. If you go to them, expect to pay WAY more. Because I guarantee... something will be magically broken. Horrible customer service! A few months prior we had them fix our heater in the kitchen and the thermostat, which again worked perfect before they showed up, magically broke the minute they walked in... I am seeing a pattern here... stay away from the crooked company!

"Cortney, we feel we treated you with respect, listened to your explanation, tried to work with you and offered you a further discount which we provided to you and at no time did we lie to you. You did NOT pay twice for us coming out, you where only charged for the one single part replacement!! We also came out in December to replace a thermostat as you mentioned for the new heater we installed in the kitchen and was replaced free of charge under warranty. The only pattern here is us helping you and doing this at a loss, because we felt it was the right thing to do, not really the stance a crooked company would take. Furthermore the part that was replaced was due to a weakened mV output and was not "broken" and could not have been "broken" by our technician. Our technician you dealt with initially is a respectful honest young man and our other technicians you dealt with as well, calling them jerks is very disrespectful toward them and all the hard work they have done for you."

He really dug into the system and checked out everything. Very thorough, professional, friendly. Not overly expensive.

They were reasonably priced and understood everything I needed done. They did job and cleaned their mess up. Will definitely go thru them again.

Have zero complaints. Were very satisfied overall. Communication is never perfect in an involved job. They strove very hard to make it perfect and were never too busy to answer questions. Very painless.
