North Alabama Plumbing is an amazing company. We've had several leaks in our 10 year old home, due to the builder using bad piping. We decided to have the whole house repiped - a big project!! The whole installation went extremely well. Bryan, Josh and Jacob were professional, prompt, efficient and excellent manners! I've never seen such hard workers! On the last day, we decided to also have a new hot water heater installed - no problem! Josh was the project manager and his creativity led to the best way to repipe the house with the least impact. A great group of men and a wonderful company!

This company provides excellent service! We were leaving out of town on 12/24/22 during the extremely cold temperatures in the single digits. We went to shut off our water, but could not access the shut-off because dirt and mulch had gotten into the box in the flower bed and the ground was frozen solid and wet had to leave for the airport. I called North Alabama Plumbing at 7 am on the way to the airport in a panic. They said no problem, Mrs. Proctor, we can go out today and get the water shut off and turn on the spigot to drain the pipes. They were out to our house around noon and took care of it. This was Christmas Eve and a Saturday, and they only charged me a trip fee, no emergency/ holiday surcharges etc. It was such a relief to know I would not come home from a holiday with broken pipes or a flooded house. I highly recommend North Alabama Plumbing. They care about their customers and are professional.

Bryan, Zack and Josh combined their efforts to replace a faucet, install a new hot water heater, replace the water pressure switch, and stopped a few other leaks. I cannot tell you enough good things about these fine men, and the quality of their work. I recommend the company to you for anything you need to be done concerning plumbing â ¦ and their honesty and integrity.

He showed up on time and worked quickly. Cleaned up after himself and did an excellent job.

They were extremely prompt and communicative! Everything for the entire installation was handled for me starting with a quote from pictures I submitted all to picking up all needed materials based on what exactly I was needing from asking me questions about my needs, recommendations on products and the installation as well as the disposal of all old fixtures! They were extremely professional and did top quality work. He was able to work with me on pricing and provide me the BEST quality for a price in my available price range and was very kind! I would 100% recommend without a doubt!!

Very prompt, professional and courteous. Flexible scheduling. Work areas were cleaned up after services preformed. Will call them with future plumbing needs and tell friends.
