Extremely pleased with the professional crew; they came when they said and did the job as specified. Did many extra little things and went beyond the scope of the project. Glenn added extras like hanging the TV and blinds for the windows. He made many suggestions that made the whole room come together in a way that I never imagined.

I'm looking forward to working with him again soon.

We hired Glenn to do a bathroom remodel in our home in early 2018, and we are still dealing with the issues caused by the bad electrical work completed by Glenn s team. After months and months of trying to get a solution from Glenn, we are now left to take him to court for failure to meet our contractual agreement and for all of the additional costs that we have incurred trying to repair the damage that his team created. Glenn is a nice person but his work is something that you should stay far away from.

Glenn and his team did an excellent job in a quick and professional manner. His price was fair and reasonable. He is great at problem solving.

We're very satisfied with the work. The railings and bannisters are a great improvement over previous wrought iron fixtures. In spite of several intermittent days of rain, Glenn and crew were always on the job when the weather cleared up.

Company owner is wonderful, professional and competent. He really cares about the quality of his work. He has done a number of projects for me: complete renovation of 2 bathrooms, building several closets and a pantry, laying flooring, and putting an extension on the house to enlarge and completely renovate the kitchen and dining rooms. Besides doing beautiful work, he was very thoughtful about the projects, so was able to offer design suggestions which improved the original project concepts. Highly recommend!

Professional, reliable, honest, personable and top quality work! He took a challenging issue and fixed it like a pro. He then went on to install glass shower door panels and even though the walls were out of plumb (that wasn t his work), he made the doors look fantastic! Fantastic work and will absolutely hire again.

Glenn pays attention to exactly what you want from what stile cabinets right down to the floor stain. He keeps you informed about the smallest detail in each project and can easily break things down for your understanding. Glenn turned my House into my Dream Home.

Glenn and his crew renovated my kitchen and combined the space with the dining room, opening a wall, switching the places of a door and window, adding a desk area and small bar, installing cabinetry, new sink/faucet/garbage disposal, new counter and appliances and replacing the kitchen floor. I couldn't be happier with the results. Personable guy, good people. Left the work area tidy and as usable as possible every day. Hung dust sheets, minimizing dust/debris outside the work area I had the use of my kitchen sink every day except two isolated days throughout the whole project. He took the time to greet my pet(s) daily. I liked that. Incidentally, the review below doesn't sound like this company at all. Certainly not my experience anyway. That lady must have been having a bad day!

I hired Glenn Grover to remodel my master bathroom and my screen room as well as build a gazebo and redo my deck. The deck and gazebo thankfully did not get started. The master bathroom remodel was started and I thought it was going well until I had other professionals look at the job. I was told the workmanship was very poor. At that time I had the inspector come and look over the job. He red flagged it because there was no heat installed in this room. Glenn Grover told me I did not need heat in this room because it was close to my bedroom which has heat. According to the builders code, this is absolutely untrue. Cabinetry that was special ordered and paid for does not fit. The upper cabinets were about three inches to tall and would not fit on the vanity. They had to be rebuilt and these two cabinets have not been delivered as requested many times. The shower built is not sealed properly and needs to be completely torn out and redone as does the entire bathroom floor. The bulk of the work done on my screen room and master bath was done by Glenn Grover's two 19 year old sons and a 19 year old worker. These young men do not and did not know anything about the job they were asked to perform. Mr. Grover did have one worker that I felt knew how to do the job in a professional manner, however, he was almost always put on other jobs. The shoddy workmanship that I received has cost me nearly $70K so far and I will now need to pay a reputable builder to redo. Glenn Grover has asked for additional monies that was to be used for building materials, to this date he will not give me the products or receipts for anything he purchased with my money. It seems there is a great misappropriation of some funds. Glenn Grover, now is ignoring all my requests and has blocked my from his email and phone calls. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, you will not be happy. The trustworthiness and ethics of this company in my mind is extremely questionable. I feel as I have been scammed and taken advantage of. Senior citizens beware. I was also asked to write a letter of recommendation for this company prior to having reputable builders come in and look at the work which alerted me to all the problems. I did give a very good reference, I now will retract any and all of that letter. Beware of North American Building, Inc and Glenn Grover et al. HomeAdvisor, please do call, there is so much more to say.

The workers were excellent finish carpenters but the contractor lost his electrician and was making the carpenters do the electrical work which they were not qualified to do, so the project took two days longer and I was charged the extra man hours. I objected but nothing was changed.

Glenn and his crew were great to work with. Was able to help me out in a bind and did a great job.

Excellent work, always showed up on time. Willing to work around our schedule. Went above and beyond when asked to make a frame for the bathroom mirror. We love the final results.

Glenn is a nice guy, trustworthy, sincere. He shared his ideas and listened to mine. His workers were polite and on time. They always cleaned up nicely before leaving. Although my kitchen was gutted and walls were knocked down, I only went without a sink on 2 separate days, which I really appreciated. Because they were neat in the demolition, I was able to salvage and sell a few items from the old kitchen. Glenn seemed genuinely excited about my project and aimed to please. I'd hire North American again, if and when I have a "phase 2."

Extremely happy that we hired North American, I thought I had a good idea as to what I wanted. However when Glenn came over he had ideas and suggestions that I hadn't even thought of. It was great. They came when they said they would, were neat about everything and were done on schedule and within budget. Even after I added a couple of extra things. Quality was spot on. They definitely have my recommendation.

Great to work with. Had great suggestions and doesn't hesitate to tell you if yours aren't great. Came when they said they would, finished and cleaned up every day. Wouldn't leave until job was 100% beautiful.
