NACG Lined the chimney on May 15. Contacted the company three times to send pictures and explain why I had several chunks of concrete in the boiler room and dining area. There was no response. I stopped payment on the check and then finally got call. In order to resolve the chimney, it is my understanding that the metal liner to the chimney connection is not a proper material and would require installing a cleanout on the chimney and sealing the connection

Two years later, we had a chimney cleaning from another company and they reviewed the work of the North American chimney and they clearly did not do it up to code to put on the cap and took the easy way, used the wrong size cap and bolted it down so it would not be easy for future cleanings.

Not that great. They left the pipe from my oil furnace dangling off the chimney. I called b/c it is scary. Never called me back. They said they'd clean the hearth and never did.

Jimmy J came out to my home look at my problem and explained everything that was going on also took pictures so I can see the damage he was very nice at the point I wanted him to do the work he did a wonderful job I will recommend him to all my friends and family

Company agreed to clean creasote in fireplace over the phone. On arrival, workers said they didn't do that kind of work. Also arrived after 5pm which was outside the predicted range. Otherwise, they were fast and efficient.

Jim and his assistant were OUTSTANDING!!!!! He was honest, explained in plain English what needed to be done and the reasoning. The price was fair and less than other contractors. Material were double wall stainless which made me feel better protected and guaranteed for life. Professional, kept work area clean as they went, really knew what he was doing. Showed me each stage of the job as they went along, since I am interested in watching repairs. The cost was well below and I know that I am safe. I will definitely be having "JIM" back each year to inspect both chimney's to keep me safe. THANK YOU JIM

The technicians showed up the next day to give us a quote, and then (once we agreed to the quote) they were able to start work immediately (same day). They installed a chimney cap, sealed two other old chimney pipes (no longer in use), sealed the stone of the chimney itself and also installed a flexible crown seal. It was more than we thought to have done on the chimney, but the peace of mind is worth it. They finished in about 1.5 hours and did a great job. Would hire again.

They contacted me on a Saturday less than 12 hours from my request and offered to send someone out that day. We scheduled for Tuesday and they were on time and the Crew Leader Jimmy J. was informative and professional. We scheduled additional work that was very well priced (we checked). Work was completed as promised and they actually left the work area cleaner than when they started. We renovate 3-4 houses a year and will definitely use them again
