North American Cleaning Services

Very responsive and thorough!

Gary Kern and NACS are top-notch and I highly recommend them for Disaster Recovery Services. My house in Emerald Isle, NC was severely damaged by Hurricane Florence in Sept 2018. I hired Gary and his team to mitigate the storm damage, remove the damaged drywall, floors and ceilings. A real mess but these guys were terrific and even moved the furniture back after renovations were completed. Gary is a real pro - as is his son and the rest of the NACS team! Thanks guys - you saved our bacon under extremely challenging circumstances.

This company is just amazing. We have used them for water issues several times and each time they are at our home quickly and get right to work. They are nothing short of amazing and have saved us a lot of money and saved us from potential disasters even though they were there to remediate a water issue. They work hard and are thorough and go the extra mile in every way. We have referred them to at least 10 neighbors and friends who have also been as satisfied as we are. Don't believe negative reviews on this sight. Other businesses want to compete for their business....They are extremely professional in every way and did I mention nice??? We can't say enough about this extremely amazing company!

They were prompt, friendly, and did a good job. We would use them again in the future.

Friendly crew and very thorough. You could tell they worked hard to get everything as clean as possible. Excellent work overall.

My $800.00's gave me an open wall in our laundry room.

Good service

They did a fantastic job. They came in and gave us all the information we needed. They cleaned up after themselves and they were all around friendly.

Wonderful people to have in your home. They did a beautiful job cleaning our carpets. We will have them back again in the future.

Very professional did the job and even offered to help us move the furniture and most carpet cleaners won't without extra money. Would call again and I recommend them.

Great

they were the best! They took care of everything, from water removal and dealing with the insurance adjustors. I would highly reccomend.

Great people to work with, and their professionalism is the best.

Needed mold remediation for the affects of Hurricane Sandy. They came, my neighbor let them in the house and they left it in great shape. All interactions were done over the phone and they exicuted the job without any problems.

multiple people were involved in talks w/ the cleaning company, due to logistics... I am in N.H., owners of house staying in Fla., relative that gave access to the house lives in L.I.N.Y. everything went smoothly, very nice people in the office on the phone too.

completed fast. The carpet deodorizing is costly and not even noticeable.

Cost for a small job was better than competitors. Job was scheduled within one week and service provider arrived on time, worked with professionalism.

They responded quickly and did a great job cleaning up our flooded basement.

Hard workers

they were honest and told me I did not need to have additional services that all the other companies were trying to sell us, there price was more than fair, very fast, would recommend them to anyone

Great Job. Excellent response. I'd call them again if needed.

They came in, gave a quote, did the job in a prompt and timely manner, explained everything in detail they found, cleaned up and left everything professionally done. I never had such prompt and efficient service. They in turn submitted a formal proposal to my insurance company with a 48 hr, turnaround. They were amazing.

Extremely pleased. I had a flooded basement and these guys were fast, did a great job and at a good price. I even referred them to my neighbors!
