Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps- Install
Gary Frederick Kuhr sole proprietor of North AMerican Concrete has abandoned the project. After applying a heavy coat of concrete tint (water and tint only) to the surface of the his newly and already tinted gray concrete he is no where to be found. Now the concrete is matt black a chalky mess that is easily wiped off and if wetting turned into a black ink-like material. What a mess. I am now having to hire a professional concrete cleaning company to rectify the problem. Why he did this makes no sense to me. To abandon a client with such a mess is unconscionable. My rating = Zero!
