Addressed my rodent infestation quickly and efficiently. The technician was great and encouraged us to contact him anytime, including evenings & weekends. I hired them for their annual bi-monthly service to address rodents and insects as well.

Scheduled an appointment for 10:30 am - by 11 am no one had shown up or called. When I called the company they couldn't get in touch with the person to do the inspection until 11:30 pm. Wasted a lot of valuable time.

Mike and James (Service Manager) explained very well what need to be done to get rid of the pigeons. They did a wonderful job. James did some extra job for free. They were on time. The price was reasonable.

THEY CAME OUT IMMEDIATLY, INSPECTED THE HOME, SET A RAT TRAP, AND POINTED OUT DIFFERENT PLACES THAT HE MAY HAVE GOTTEN IN AT WHICH TOLD ME HOW KNOWLEDGABLE (?)HE WAS. I HIRED THIS COMPANY ON THE SPOT FOR BI-MONTHLY SERVICE BASED SOLELY ON JIM'S PERSONALITY AND PATIENCE WITH ME.

Throughout the entire bidding process this contractor excelled in communications. Initially, they were not the low bidder for the project. They were ultimately selected for demonstrating flexibility while holding the specific expectations of the Owner's agent. The crew that performed the fumigation were exceptional in their due diligence. Two apartment tenants didn't fully comply with the pre-fumigation instruction. While NATPC could have penalized the owner as specified in the contract, they did not. The tenant's food items were bagged, tagged and called to the attention of the resident manager. An A+ experience all the way around!
