Great service. Very speedy and professional. There was an issue with the permit, but they got it resolved right away and knocked a bit off the bill. I've already got a bid from them for some additional work.

North Central plumbing was the first to respond to our request for a water heater bid, was able to work very quickly with us answering any questions we had, was flexible with scheduling and the price was as fair as I could find after about 5 total bids. I would gladly recommend them.

He came to replace my old toilet, and the new one that we wanted cost more at the wholesaler than they had quoted him (not his fault), and he was nice enough to reduce the price somewhat because of that. Very friendly, efficient, and honest! Great job!

Within 1/2 hour of sending in my request I received a call stating they were in the neighborhood asking permission to stop by. Very polite and nice - their quote was in the range of other quotes we had received and they were able to complete the work within the week. I will update further when the work is completed.

Great!! Todd and Valerie are great to work with, very courteous and professional. He came out for a free estimate and spent plenty of time with me going over the project. We did a plumbing upgrade and restoration of our vintage bathroom, which required several trips to the house. Todd is a master plumber and could handle the many challenges of replumbing an older home. We both learned a lot researching and figuring out the mechanicals of this somewhat complicated project. And you'll find that their prices are very competetive. We will use North Central Plumbing for our planned basement bathroom next year.
