While we have no problem with Grant, he is a nice person, but out of 11 windows his company installed, 4 donâ  t close properly, and 1 the vapor seal is broken & the window is all steamed up. We have called Grant 3 or 4 times over the past couple years, heâ  s come out, checked windows and promised to take care of them. He has not returned and these windows are leaking cold air. We are not very disappointed because we expected better service from him.

i hired grant turner president of northcoast builders for a new roof, aluminum siding and gutters. we had to battle mother natures storms, but in the end our home looks beautiful. grant was always available - i never got to voice mail when i called him, because he always answered the phone. i would highly recommend him for any job he offers to the community writ large!

I have used Northcoast twice for two separate houses. They do nice work.

We LOVE how our house looks. From beginning to end, Grant and his awesome crew made sure the job was done right. As a big, old Lakewood home, nothing is square! Joe and his crew demonstrated what true craftsmanship looks like. Amazing to watch. Would highly recommend!!

They ordered material and came out and did the job in a timely manner. Sided entire house with Alside Pelican Bay One vinyl shake look siding. Aluminized rake boards and door frames, installed vinyl soffit covering. They also replaced 2 double hung windows and 1 6 Patio door. House looks very good and is maintenance free. Grant's crew was courteous and completed the job in the time expected. My garage is now even more beautiful than I expected. I am thankful to have found such a professional and awsome company.

Grant and his crew replaced our son's roof a few months ago and he was very pleased with the price and the work. When Grant came out to give us an estimate, his price was much better than others we had obtained. Since our son was so pleased with his work, we thought we'd give him a try. The crew showed up when promised and worked every day until the job was complete, even in adverse weather. They did a fantastic job, even doing a few "extra" things for us like hanging shutters and window boxes. The house looks great! Grant and the crew were great to work with! We couldn't be happier with the results. We would highly recommend them.

Grant and his builders are extremely professional. Very personable. We enjoyed having them over as they worked on our house, and the work done is BEAUTIFUL. Like we have a new home. We couldn't be more thankful!
