Chris Ross of North Coast Home Inspections, LLC, a local firm which conducts pre-purchased home inspections, has been accepted as an ASHI Certified Inspector within the American Society of Home Inspectors. The American Society of Home Inspectors, founded in 1976, is one of the oldest, and most respected professional organizations of independent home inspectors in North America. Its Standards of Practice and strict Code of Ethics are benchmarks of professional performance in the field. To become an ASHI Certified Inspector, an inspector must meet rigorous professional and technical requirements, including the successful completion of one examination and an education module about our Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. In addition, he or she must perform at least 250 fee-paid inspections that meet or exceed the ASHI Standards of Practice.

I worked with Chris Ross long distance (Florida to Maine) without a hitch! Chris conducted the HI with a signed contract before I even paid him. The inspection and documentation were thorough and professional. Chris actually returned to the property twice to finish the inspection as the first time the roof was not visible (snow) and then the water was turned off. Each time he went back he amended the report and sent the update. 110% happy with the service and level if communication throughout the process!
