This company did a great job on our basement finish which is why we hired them at the more expensive bid price. But this project compared to the first was like working with two different companies. They were unreliable, inconsistent and had excuse after excuse as to why they wouldn’t show up or why the quality of work was extremely poor. They installed a hand rail for our steps that was not Code and we told them to fix it or replace it. After several attempts to contact Troy to finish his job we sent him a demand letter and have not heard from him since. After reviewing our home security system there is NO WAY we would trust this company in our home again!
