I heard some noise in the duct above the furnace...either a bird or a squirrel was trapped I thought. No one close to me was available so Troy came quite a distance. He got the bird out in no time and left everything as good as new. He identified the bird species and liberated it far from my house and said since this was the first time I had any bird trouble in 30 yrs I probably didn't need to worry about a recurrence.

He removed a very large birds nest from a vent which was located directly above my deck and replaced the vent cover with one the birds cannot access. He kept me informed of what he was doing, carefully removed the nest and eggs and also helped my neighbor with the same problem. Extremely courteous.

North Country Nuisance Wildlife Control arrived at scheduled times, and addressed all issues and concerns. Job cost was reasonable as compared to others. The bats appear to be gone, but NCNWC will be invited back annually the next couple of years to make sure.

Discovered I had birds nesting underneath my eves. North Country called quickly and was able to meet my scheduling needs. The looked around the property and also found another issue that needed to be taken care of. Ther pricing was 20% below the other quote I had, even with the extra fixes. I would recommend them to anyone with a similar problem.

Outstanding service. Friendly, knowledgeable owner who came out the very next day...identified the issue (Chimney Swifts) and created a plan to deal with the birds. If I have other wildlife issues, he'll be getting the call.
