I had the pleasure of working again with Dave and Northcreek Construction. They built an awesome 10x8 shed with a ramp to ride by bike up into it. Dave's communication is wonderful and he really builds confidence in his projects.

NorthCrerk Construction-Dave-did a fabulous job on a fence i needed to deal w a problem neighbor and an easement. Dave went to the city unsolicited to get all the info he could on the easement prior to starting to avoid potential future problems. The fence is sturdy and strong and the gate is amazing. Dave also went above and beyond to fix the shoddy work from my last contrractor who put up a fence but only cemented every other post which I hadnt previously noticed. Due to current weather, North creek is still coming back to do the staining. I recommend Dave and NorthCreek construction 100%

Dave and I discussed the project for a pad for a greenhouse. The work was done quickly and at the quoted price. I will use North Creek again.

North Creek Construction did an excellent job replacing my floating home deck. Even though he had not done one before he found support areas that needed replacing for safety reasons. He was fair, honest and it looks fantastic. I would highly recommend their work. My deck will now last for years!! Thanks Dave!!

Dave and his crew actually did five projects for us. They replaced and re-framed the wood center post in a two car garage, replaced four rows of old, water damaged siding on the back of the house, replaced several boards of deck flooring, sealed the underside of a large deck and filled and sealed some minor cracks in the foundation. Dave and his crew had to re-engineer the center post. The siding was no longer made so Dave had to work with a manufacturer to fabricate new siding for us. Dave and his crew are very professional, courteous, and extremely talented. The did outstanding work, on-time, and we are totally pleased. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them. In fact, our next project will probably be to install a channel drain in front of our garage. When we are ready, Dave will get our first call. Don Hauenstein

Dave at North Creek Construction was awesome! My very old garage was in very sad shape-cracks in the foundation, leaks in the roof , decay and dry rot, etc. Dave came up with a plan to fix it all and to make major improvements. All at a reasonable price. . He communicated effectively in a manner that was professional and cordial throughout the process. The result is beautiful, and solid.

Went from a forest to an access road in less than a week! Dave is great to work with. He's got a common sense that's often missing in today's professionals. I'd highly recommend Dave's company for any project.

From start to finish Dave was excellent to work with during an emergency winter project. Our driveway washed out and the eroding culvert made our driveway inaccessible. Dave gave us a transparent quote, navigated clearances and permits with multiple public agencies, and was able to get started quickly. The work is beautiful. Dave will be our go-to contractor for future projects.

Repair was for a slight roof vent leak that caused small damage to bath ceiling. Dave responded to our initial call immediately. Promptly made and kept appointment. Took photos of attic repairs and bath ceiling repairs and shared with us. Scheduled repair app't's and kept them. Referred us to a competent roofing contractor to repair leak His helper was very competent, neat and tidy. Cleaned area up at end of work day. Returned the next morning as promised. Finished repair and painting expeditiously and left area neat and clean. Work was top notch. Final price was slightly less than original quote so he reduced the price slightly. Followed up the next day to make sure all was well. I don't know how to upload photos He and his helper Jesse did a fantastic job

Dave and his crew do superior work and always try to stay within proposed amount.
