Our young man was incredible! Told us what parts to order should the problem happen again.

They repaired my dryer within an hour and I was very happy with that! They have been in business for a long time and are local.

Highly recommend these guys, Scott and his company are great, had them fix my washing machine earlier this year and they did a great job, last week my refrigerator went out, it was a Kenmore so I called sears repair, they told me 275.00 to fix it, Scott quoted me 100.00 less to fix it, but he told me he had a very nice G.E. refrigerator there that he would sell me cheap, I went and looked at it and bought it. He gave me 100.00 off because I had used him for service before, the fridge is newer and bigger than the one we had, got a smoking deal on it. My kids love it. I was so impressed I called and thanked Scott. I will not call anyone else for appliance repair in the future. Scott is a great person to deal with and they do excellent work. Neil, their technician came out to put a new gasket on my refrigerator door which would have cost me about $250. All the refrigerator needed was an adjustment to the door. He changed the light in my oven and checked my dishwasher. All he charged me was the service call of $50 which Scott had quoted me and another $25 for his labor. What a pleasure to do business with and honest company. Neil was very friendly and courteous.

Neil Tirico was on time for my service call. He diagnosis the problem I was having with my washing machine. He told me cost of the repair up front, I approved the repair and he fix the machine Neil had the part he needed on the truck. He was professional and worked clean. I would like to thank Scott Glover and his team. job well done

Responsiveness and communication were great. Quality and cost of work also fantastic. My biggest apprehension was to be the cost of repair. The price was fair and the word was expedient. I highly recommend.

SAD_VERY SAD I am brand new to Texas from Illinois. I needed the Kenmore washer that I was gifted with from a church member looked at. I was referred to Scott at North Dallas Appliance repair by a co worker. Since they do not service Bedford I drove the washer to his residence in Richardson in my SUV, explaining that it did not spin. He called promptly to explain that it was a lid cover sensor and the fee would be $150.00. This is what he 'thought' the problem was when I dropped it off- I hear it is common with Kenmore's. Upon research I find that this part costs less than $10 to do.

When they came to the house, they said the issue with the ice maker was a control board and would be $275.00 to replace it. I authorized the repair and the next day there was still no ice, They came back and now advised the ice maker needed replacing for an additional $175.00. If I had known up front it would cost $450.00, I would have probably replaced the refrigarator, but by the time they came back I was already in too far.

They did a good job of fixing our refrigerator. They had to come back twice because they did not have the part the first time they came. I HIGHLY recommend them to fix your appliance.

Prompt and courtous and knew what was wrong. Changed out the water pump in the clothes washer in a half hour and it works fine. Will definitely use them again/

Very prompt service. Due to an opening in his schedule, we were able to have our dryer repaired in less than 6 hours from the time we called. Both the owner and technician were knowledgeable and professional. Very courteous.
