John McFadden is the best in this field, very responsible, responsive, professional and reasonable! I would not hire anybody else for these type of projects!! I would 100% recommend John for all of your window needs!

John is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. He goes above and beyond your expectations. He hung a set of large and complicated drapes in my home and I couldn t be happier. His pricing is very reasonable and the customer service terrific.

John and Matt were knowledgable, professional, reliable, courteous, and reasonably priced. They continually make every effort to give the customer what they need and what they want. Even after the job was paid, they continued support and assisted with minor upgrade additions not originally part of our requests. Simply, NDCWT do whatever they can to treat the customer well, like a customer. Hard to find these days sometimes. (Hoped the acronym would be easier to remember). The providers came to my house with all kinds of samples and helped me pick out the perfect shades for each room. They measured windows, explained my options, and walked me through each step of the process. They were friendly, patient, informative, and helpful. By the time they left, I felt like I was dealing with trusted friends. In no time at all, I got a call that the shades were ready to be installed. The team returned to the house and installed each shade with expertise and care. Some of our windows are slightly irregular, but John and Matt were able to correct for that. They were meticulous with their installation. The results were breathtaking! Our house looks amazing! Everyone who visits comments on how beautiful our new shades are. We were fortunate enough to get the latest remotes with our shades. They are incredible! John and Matt programmed each remote exactly as we asked, and they are so easy to use. They are also sleek, attractive, and look great located next to our light switches. I knew nothing about North Dallas Custom Window Treatments when I hired them, but I know a lot about them now. They are simply, THE BEST! I would recommend them to friends, family, and anyone who is seeking experts in window treatments. They are affable, considerate, and professional in every sense of the word. I intend this to be the highest recommendation I can give.
