We hired North East to clean an asphalt roof. They were very reasonable and appeared on time. There was some splatter of the cleaning agent that got on the several windows. We thought nothing of it since we had arranged for a cleaning service later in the week. Dillon addressed minor paint damage promptly. The trouble started when the window cleaning service could not remove the splatter using normal glass cleaning products. We tried everything we had at home and made no progress. We visited two glass installers and ended up using a combination of auto scratch compound, commercial glass cleaner, razor blades and elbow grease. The product used is called DEFY! DO NOT ALLOW THIS PRODUCT NEAR YOUR WINDOWS! The manufacturer was of no help. Perhaps it was improperly mixed. Perhaps it could have been easily removed before it dried. Should Dillon have known? Maybe, but he certainly knows now. It took us 20 minutes to clean each affected window. The screens affected are uncleanable in situ. I would use Dillon again but ONLY if all windows in the vicinity were protected with polyethylene sheeting.

Excellent job cleaning gutters. Even lowered their pricecwgen they discovered job was not as large as originally estimated!

The owner, Dillon, responded right away, came in with a lower quote than the other bid and included all the other minor work in his base charge (like replacing or renailing shingles) plus welded a broken drainpipe and power washed part of a stone wall for no extra charge. He and his crew were pleasant, worked hard and completed the job promptly.

The service was scheduled promptly and was carried out as promised. The job was very well done.

Extra - ordinary...Dillon is a delight and so eager to do whatever needs to be done and perfectly. A joy to have a company where the customer is the most important thing and that their work is nothing but the BEST.

Dillon at North East Home Improvement was extremely professional and thorough. In addition to the work I contracted, he identified a couple of problems that required attention. Luckily for me, Dillon was qualified to handle them... it was a nice full-service experience.
