They were very professional and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable that what I needed was gonna be done right.... and it was!! We are very pleased with the entire experience.

I hired Dana and his crew after he came out to my home and discussed a few details of what I needed done. We agreed on a price and Dana did not waste anytime and scheduled the job. Once he and his crew arrived they did not stop working for 2 days until the job was completed. I am extremely happy with the final result. I've had several people comment on the job and how solid it was. He built a nice 12 X 20 stone pad with 8X8 pressure treated wood. and filled with stone. He had to level the area and rip out some stumps. Now it's ready for the 10X18 shed which is going on the pad. Well done !!!!! Highly recommend !!!!!!

Great job on difficult project with several unanticipated surprises like having to dig out a massive, initially invisible, prehistoric tree stump discovered right in the middle of where a stone foundation for a 14 x 24 sheâ d was supposed to go. Despite its massive size Dana kept at it for two hours digging down around it almost 6 feet before it finally gave way. Very satisfied with the work. Would hire again for future projects.

If you are looking to hire a contractor in the Seacoast area you can't do better than Northern home. We can't say enough good things about Dana and his crew. Made arrangements for three estimates through Home Advisor. Dana was our first appointment and we were so impressed we hired him on the spot, cancelled the other 2 appointments. Communication was great, the job was great, my driveway and yard looks better than it has in many years. I've already referred him to my daughter and a couple of our friends. You won't go wrong with this company

We needed our backyard leveled and sloped. We also added loam to the yard for better soil. Dana gave us a very fair quote and is a true professional. He even gave us an excellent military discount. We would hire him again if we need anything else done. He also does French drains. Great job and made sure we were happy with the work before he left.

Dana Worked with us to put in a parking area next to out house. He brought in the right materials, riprapto fill quite a grade. He then brought gravel and graded it. Our current driveway is long with a fairly steep slope. The new area is much easier to navigate in the winter. Eventually we'd like to put a garage and driveway in this area. I'll definitely call Dana for the grading work.

Dana is honest and keeps his promises. He solved the water issues in my basement. That was no easy feat considering the ground that he had to work on. Very wet as it was early spring.

I cant say enough about Dana and his team of daughters. They were sensitive to my budget and time frame. They dug up an old garden full of weeds and roots and replaced with new loam. They then seeded and fertilized with grass seed. I am looking forward to grass with no weeds in the spring! Then I will be able to report a true success story and give them a full 5 stars!

Dana had the experience, equipment, and connections to get a storm water management system installed in a day. This system is crucial for us as without it we get occasional flooding in our basement. Dana understood our problem and offered several suggestions for solving it, and finally installed a system to end our basement flooding problem.

Very highly recommend. He did a great job, very responsive, I very much appreciate his help.
