I called Northea sr with loss of heat after 3:33pm and will showed up and got us heat within a couple of hours ! Came back the next day with the new parts and did a great job. . Very happy John Irondequoit

From waiting over a month to get the project started, I lost confidence. I dealt with some people and promise thins they cannot fulfill, I have a very bad feeling about this.

Will was very professional and knowledgeable in the repairs needed. Informed me of future repairs that may or would help my A/C. I would definitely hire him again. PS: he was there to fix my A/C and noticed my hot water heater ventilation was not correctly hooked up and made sure it was correctly installed.
